  • Fontana del Nettuno: Just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore is the majestic Neptune Fountain – a symbol of Bologna.

  • Le Due Torri: Climb one of the medieval towers to enjoy a breathtaking view of the city. Azinelli has 498 steps, but the view is worth it!

  • Complesso di Santo Stefano: A complex of several churches with unique architecture and atmosphere.

  • Santuario della Madonna di San Luca: You can walk along the covered portico that stretches for over 3.5 km. From there, you have a beautiful view of the city.

Evening:

  • Teatro Comunale di Bologna: If time allows and you are interested, attend an opera or concert. This theater is known for its quality and historical significance.
  • End the evening on Via dell'Indipendenza: This main shopping street of the city has plenty of shops and cafes. Here you can buy souvenirs to remember your trip.
