Guide for a three-day stay in Malaga:

Day 1: Historic Center and Culture Morning:

  • Alcazaba and Theater: Start your journey by visiting Alcazaba, an ancient Moorish fortress in the center of Malaga. Nearby is the Roman theater, one of the city's oldest monuments.
  • Malaga Cathedral: Explore this magnificent 16th-century cathedral, known as the "One-Armed Lady" due to the missing second tower.

Day:

  • Picasso Museum: Malaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, and this museum houses an extensive collection of his works.
  • Atarazanas Central Market: Stop for lunch and try local delicacies such as jamon, tapas, and fresh seafood.

Evening:

  • Dinner and a walk along Paseo del Parque: Take a stroll through the beautiful park leading to the waterfront, and dine at one of the local restaurants on Marina Street.

Day 2: Art and Beach Morning:

Day:

  • Antequera and El Torcal: After the hike, head to Antequera to see ancient megaliths and enjoy fantastic views in the El Torcal Natural Park.
