Day 1: Historical Milan

Day 2: Art and Culture

Morning:

  • Cenacolo Vinciano (The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci): Book tickets in advance to see one of the world's most famous works of art. Located in the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
  • Chiesa di San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore: Visit this church, known as the "Sistine Chapel of Milan" for its impressive frescoes.

Day:

  • Pinacoteca di Brera: Spend time in this outstanding art museum with a rich collection of Italian paintings.
  • Palazzo Reale: Depending on the exhibitions happening at the time, you can visit for another immersion in art.

Evening:

  • Teatro alla Scala (La Scala Opera House): If possible, end your trip by attending an opera or ballet at the famous La Scala Theatre. Tickets should be booked in advance.

Useful Tips:

  • Transport: Milan has a good public transport network, including the metro, trams, and buses. You can purchase 24 or 48-hour transport tickets.
  • Clothing: If you plan to visit churches, remember the dress code: covered shoulders and knees.
