Warsaw 3-day guide

Day 1:

  • Old Town:

    • Start your morning with a walk through Warsaw's Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
    • Visit Castle Square, home to the Royal Castle. Don't miss the Sigismund's Column, one of Warsaw's most famous landmarks.
    • Stroll down Krakowskie Przedmiescie, one of the oldest streets in the city.
  • Barbican and the Walls of the Old Town: Experience the atmosphere of the Middle Ages by walking along these historical fortifications.

  • POLIN Museum: Visit the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, which tells the story of Jews in Poland.

  • Dinner in the Old Town: Enjoy dinner at one of the cozy restaurants with traditional Polish cuisine, such as Polish pierogi or bigos.

Day 2:

  • Łazienki Park: Start the day by visiting one of Warsaw's largest and most beautiful parks.

    • Be sure to stop by the Palace on the Water and listen to Chopin concerts if they are happening.
  • Warsaw Uprising Museum: Learn about the heroic and tragic history of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944.

  • Palace of Culture and Science: Take a trip to the observation deck to admire the city skyline.

  • Dinner in the Praga District: Explore the bohemian Praga district on the right bank of the Vistula River, where you will find plenty of stylish cafes and restaurants.

Day 3:

  • Wilanów Palace: Venture a bit out of the city center to see this magnificent baroque palace and its gardens.

  • Fryderyk Chopin Museum: Learn more about the life and music of the famous composer.

  • Vistula River and Gastronomic Market: Take a walk along the Vistula River. Here you can visit the gastronomic market and try a variety of local and international dishes.

  • Cultural Evening: End your stay in Warsaw with a visit to one of the local theaters or a concert.
