A Romantic Guide to Paris

Paris is a city that has long been associated with romance, and not without reason. Every street, every corner café, and every sunset over the Seine is filled with feeling and charm. To make your romantic weekend in Paris unforgettable, I have prepared a small guide for you.

Day 1: Classic Romance Morning:

  • Visit the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Start your morning with a visit to Montmartre. Take a stroll through its cobblestone streets and climb up to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. From here, you can enjoy one of the most picturesque views of the entire city.

Day:

  • Picnic in Luxembourg Gardens. Buy a baguette, cheese, and a bottle of wine and have a picnic in one of the most beautiful parks in Paris. Here you can enjoy the tranquility amidst the bustling city.

Evening:

  • Stroll along the Seine and visit the Eiffel Tower. Take a leisurely walk along the Seine, admire the sunset. End the day at the Eiffel Tower, perhaps a night climb will give you unforgettable impressions. Booking in advance will save you from long queues.

Day 2: Art and Cuisine Morning:

  • Musée d'Orsay. Visit the Musée d'Orsay, famous for one of the best collections of impressionists. This place is not as crowded as the Louvre and is perfect for a peaceful morning exploration in the world of art.

Day:

  • Lunch in the Marais district. Head to Marais - here you will find many cozy cafes and restaurants with national cuisine. Allow yourself to enjoy French delicacies such as foie gras or escargot.

Evening:

  • Show at the Moulin Rouge cabaret. After dinner, head to a show at one of the most famous cabarets in the world. This can be a special moment of your trip, full of bright impressions and emotions.

Day 3: Conclusion of the Journey Morning:

  • Breakfast on Île de la Cité. Start the day with a cup of coffee and croissant in a café on Île de la Cité, enjoying the views of Notre-Dame Cathedral.

Day:

  • Walk in the Latin Quarter. Explore its bookshops, small shops, and antique galleries.

Evening:

  • Dinner at Montparnasse. Visit one of the traditional French restaurants in this area to try authentic French cuisine. Perhaps it is worth ending the evening at one of the viewpoints to say goodbye to the lights of Paris.

Paris offers plenty of romantic opportunities, and by following this guide, you will be able to enjoy the best of them. May your journey be filled with love and pleasant moments!
